Michelle Lloyd founded Capitax Wills & Estates to help individuals and families plan confidently for the future.
For many years, Michelle has worked closely with clients on tax planning, financial matters and inheritance considerations, helping them make informed decisions about protecting their assets and providing for future generations.
Beyond professional practice, Michelle is a passionate advocate for inclusion in the workplace. Michelle has employed and supported individuals facing barriers to employment, including people with autism and other additional needs, and regularly contributes to community discussions on mental health, employment and social inclusion. Michelle has delivered presentations and participated in panel events with organisations including PURE, Birmingham City Council and Mencap, sharing practical experience of creating supportive and inclusive workplaces.
This commitment to people, families and communities is reflected in the approach taken at Capitax Wills & Estates. Every client is different, and every estate plan should reflect individual circumstances, values and wishes. Michelle believes that effective estate planning is about more than legal documents. It is about providing peace of mind, protecting loved ones and helping clients leave the legacy they want for future generations.
